I am a duly qualified chiropractic practitioner, licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario, Canada, with reciprocity status in Florida and California, USA. I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the esteemed Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Ontario. The Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC) offered at CMCC is accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education Canada (CCEC).
As a chiropractor, I specialize in the field of 'Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal' (NMSK) care. In 1986, I achieved certification as a Fellow of The International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture (FIACA), now called The International Academy of Medical Acupuncture Inc. (IAMA). In 1998, I earned the designation of Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor (CCRD) and became affiliated with the Canadian Chiropractic Specialty College of Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation (CCPOR). I am currently working towards my Level 3 certification. In 2004, I became a Certified Needle Insertion Acupuncturist through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (IFACA), now known as Acupuncture Canada, under the Continuing Education Department at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto.
I have been actively practicing chiropractic care for over 47 years, with a strong focus on assessing and actively rehabilitating spinal and joint neuro-musculo-skeletal (NMSK) injuries in both adults and children. These injuries often result from motor vehicle accidents (including head-on, rear-end, and T-bone side collisions), slip/trip and fall incidents, sports-related activities, personal mishaps, and work-related injuries. Additionally, I have served as an 'Expert Witness' in court proceedings, providing expert testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving auto accident injuries and slip/trip and fall incidents.
My involvement extends beyond clinical practice; I have participated in various professional committees and have made appearances on radio and television. Furthermore, I have authored articles related to chiropractic care. I consistently deliver lectures and conduct workshops on a range of topics concerning chiropractic issues, health, lifestyle, and wellness throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the surrounding communities. On a professional level within the chiropractic community, I received the Ontario Chiropractic Association's 'Community Volunteer of the Year' Award in 2003.
