Adele Rothman - Registered Massage Therapist
Adele, born an raised in Toronto, has been an RMT and a member of the RMTAO since 2008.
She first became interested in the health care field and complementary therapies while taking medical anthropology courses as part of a biology degree. This interest lead to pursuing a career as an RMT after graduation.
Adele's massage techniques incorporate the following: Swedish massage, lymphodrainage massage, deep tissue massage, connective and scar tissue treatment, and, Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment ( (NISA - refer to attached article).
